Video and computer equipment transferred to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
On June 6, 2007, UNFPA Assistant Representative in Ukraine Dr. Borys Vornyk granted video and computer equipment to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The equipment had been procured under UNDP/UNFPA Joint Programme "HIV/STI Prevention in the Uniformed Services of Ukraine" to be used for educational purposes to promote safe behaviour and healthy life style among the personnel of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
In his turn Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Lieutenant-General Lischinsky O.I. pointed out the importance of the Programme and appreciated the role of UNFPA and Dr. B. Vornyk in its implementation among the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
